ACCB is an open customer loyalty system designed for ease of integration with existing loyalty programs. It provides the ability to collect and spend membership points across all shops in a community, unlike existing programs generally designed for and confined to a single store or brand. The central concept of the system is that of a community of shops. It manages an unlimited number of communities which in turn may be organised in groups. A consumer joins a community as a member and thereafter can collect and use points in any of the shops of the community. Apart from being a full loyalty program for a number of shops, ACCB allows existing programs to join the points exchange platform without abandoning their system.
